My name is Nicole and I am the Owner and Designated Broker for Bascomb Real Estate Group. I was born and raised in the Central District of Seattle and still call this region home. My name is Bridgett Bascomb, and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, born in Seattle and raised in Seattle’s Central District and South Seattle area.
I have a passion for real estate and have been servicing residential buyers and sellers in the South King County area for over 15 years. While living the legacy of my late father Paul Bascomb, who owned and operated our family real estate company, he instilled in me the value and fulfillment of home ownership, as well as the importance of making a commitment to the community.
I’m an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) – Western Washington Chapter, Past President of Delta Sigma Theta Sigma Sorority -Seattle Chapter, and I serve on several advisory boards. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.

I’m Anjelysia Ramirez—most people call me AJ! I am a proud Southend Tacoma native and a Pacific Northwest girl through and through. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington – Seattle in 2020 and recently added an associate’s degree in interior design to sharpen my creative skills.
