My name is Nicole Bascomb, MBA and I am the Owner and Designated Broker for Bascomb Real Estate Group. I was born and raised in the Central District of Seattle and still call this region home. I believe this speaks volumes around the livability of this area and its ability to allow lifers and transplants alike to put down roots.
I have been in the banking/mortgage industry since I was 15 years old and have a unique perspective on home buying and selling, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. I worked as a mortgage underwriter for over 15 years which gives me a lens into real estate in general, and buying and selling specifically, that other brokers just don’t have.
I have in-depth knowledge of the process, knowing everyone’s role and responsibility, to ensure my clients receive the best service and care. As a broker, I understand the importance of family. This is what drives many to buy and/or sell a home, and nothing is more important then family. I have 3 wonderful daughters who keep me very busy and an amazing husband who continues to support my growth as a broker and professional; he is also an entrepreneur and provides me with his amazing guidance.
In my very spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family; I am an avid reader and enjoy travelling as many people do. I have an energizing team of supportive women who serve as my personal Board of Directors, Advisers, Mentors and Friends.

Bridgett R. Bascomb – Broker
My name is Bridgett Bascomb, and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, born in Seattle and raised in Seattle’s Central District and South Seattle area.
I have a passion for real estate and have been servicing residential buyers and sellers in the South King County area for over 15 years. While living the legacy of my late father Paul Bascomb, who owned and operated our family real estate company, he instilled in me the value and fulfillment of home ownership, as well as the importance of making a commitment to the community.
I’m an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) – Western Washington Chapter, Past President of Delta Sigma Theta Sigma Sorority -Seattle Chapter, and I serve on several advisory boards. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.
I believe good communication is paramount in the home buying and selling process, and it’s important to be knowledgeable, transparent, and honest with your client, so the transaction can be a rewarding experience for everyone.
